Here is some information on other sugar arts organizations who have participated in previous shows:
The 3C's (California Cake Club)is a non-profit organization working together to make people aware of cake decorating and the confectionery arts in California. The club was formed in December 1980 in Anaheim, California. They meet at least four times per year throughout the state.
The International Cake Exploration Societé (ICES) promotes the love and passion of cake decorating and sugar artistry. A truly international organization, there are thousands of members around the globe. ICES offer many opportunities for “Caring & Sharing” in the sugar arts through local, regional and international events, as well as scholarships and other educational programs. The annual Convention and Show is a great way to network and learn. ICES has state representatives and we will host an event for support our California representative for travel to Mid-Year and Convention meetings during the show weekend. In the past, we have held a breakfast on Sunday morning before the show. Information about ICES will be available at the cake show.
The California Cookie Club is also part of the 3Cs. When you become a member of the California Cake Club you will also receive information on meetings for the CCC Cookie Club. At meetings, members will have the opportunity to participate in cookie exchanges. Attending a meeting is great fun.
