The California members of ICES meets 3x a year - January, July and October.   In January and July, we host a Day of Sharing and in October we hold a short business meeting followed by dinner and a raffle drawing.  Fill out the form below to pay online. Once your registration form is received, you will receive a PayPal invoice for your fees, along with your registration confirmation and other information. Your registration is NOT complete without payment.  Cost $25.00 per person.  Dinner at 5:30.

International Cake Exploration Societe (ICES):

What is ICES?  ICES is an international organization that proudly serves over 1,600 registered members around the world. New members are always welcome, whether they are novices or experienced cake and/or sugar artists.  Current ICES membership consists of many talented and recognized cake and sugar artists from every corer of the globe.  Membership includes a monthly digital newsletter published 11 times a year, as well an invitation to attend the annual Convention and Show and the opportunity to apply for Scholarships to hone their skills with ICES approved Teachers.  More information can be found by visiting the ICES website. 

Local Sharing Events:  Local representatives are elected or appointed each year to help spread the art of cake decorating around the world. Throughout the year these representatives conduct meetings, get-togethers and Days of Sharing for their members. At these events you will meet other decorators from your area, see demonstrations and often participate in contests and other hands-on activities
